2008 CONTRACT RIDER / RUSTY BLADEN BILLING: - Artist shall be billed as RUSTY BLADEN for solo shows/RUSTY BLADEN BAND for band shows in all advertisements, flyers, marquees, etc. - Purchaser shall design, distribute and display flyers or posters at venue at least two weeks prior to the event, advertising “RUSTY BLADEN.” along with other appropriate information. - If Artist is headlining, Artist shall receive 100% star billing on all promotional materials. PARKING: For all shows. artist will arrive in a tour bus 4-6 hours before the show. Purchaser shall provide an adequate parking area as close to the backstage area as possible with one electrical hook up . - For band show, band members will arrive in 4 individual vehicles 2 to 4 hours before the show. All band vehicles will need temporary parking as close to stage as possible for unloading. It is preferred that these vehicles be left parked near the stage during performance. If that’s possible, Purchaser will provide other parking near the stage. -For band show with artist provided sound, stage crew will arrive with sound system in a large moving van 4 to 6 hours before the show. Van will need adequate parking as close to stage as possible. SOUND CHECK: (see Technical Rider for sound requirements) - Purchaser agrees to ensure that Artist will have full access to the venue stage for sound and lighting checks minimum 4 hours prior to admission of public. - Permanent or portable staging at least 12" tall and configurable to 16' deep x 16' wide or larger.9. 6' wide x 5' deep space in the audience area with electrical access to locate the sound mixing console preferable at least 8' from back wall in the center of the room. - No TV sets, pool tables, or dart games allowed to operate in the room during the sound check or performance. LOADERS: - Purchaser will provide at time of load in and load out, four smiling, healthy, strong people to assist production crew with carrying equipment in and out of venue. Fewer than 4 Loaders will result in $100.00 fine dueimmediately for each missing loader. The factors of safety and time make this mandatory. DRESSING ROOM: - Clean, lockable dressing room (heated in winter, air conditioned in summer) provided for the performers use before, during, and after the performance. Purchaser shall keep all unauthorized persons from entering this area. HOSPITALITY (solo shows) 6 cold containers of bottled drinking water. 4 cans of DIET Red Bull. 3 clean dry hand towels. (band shows) 12 cold containers of bottled drinking water. 8 cans of DIET Red Bull. 5 clean dry hand towels. MERCHANDISING: - Purchaser will provide a well-lit space 8' wide x 6' deep for display and sales of Artist’s merchandise. ARTIST RECEIVES 100% OF MERCHANDISE SALES. SECURITY: Purchaser agrees to supply adequate, able bodied, sober, qualified security for a performance of this kind. Artist must be adequately protected from thrown objects, flying bodies, etc. No one except band members will be allowed on stage without Artist’s approval. Security must protect Artist from these occurrences in a firm, yet respectful manner. Please remember this is a RUSTY BLADEN show and people tend to get crazy, we want them to have a good time without damage to property or injury to anyone
